This new Bravo 1 dual water pickup lower unit is designed for MerCruiser Bravo I sterndrives from 1992 to current, with backward compatibility for models built between 1988–1991 (modification required). Equipped with both side and low water intakes, it delivers enhanced cooling performance for high-speed and high-demand marine applications.
This gearcase is a direct aftermarket replacement, not OEM, but built to industry-grade standards to ensure fit, durability, and optimal performance for Bravo I outdrives. The unit does not come with the upper driveshaft, water pump, or shift shaft – you’ll need to reuse your original or replace as needed.
