Core Return Shipping Form

The purpose of a core deposit is to give you money back on your old unit should you decide to participate.

Initially, the core deposit amount is included on all order totals whether you participate or not. Once you

return all of the appropriate core parts, we evaluate those parts then refund the core deposit to you within

30 days of receipt of your old core. Please complete the form below and follow the full procedures as shown.

Complete the Core Exchange form above and return it with a copy of your receipt & with the core using the original packing box to:

The 3 main parts which must be included in the box are:

The Housing

Prop Shaft

Drive Shaft

If we do not receive your return core within 30 days of when you received your unit, your core deposit will be retained.

CORE DEPOSIT REFUND AMOUNT

The three main components of the lower unit are the:

housing

vertical drive shaft

horizontal prop-shaft

Core deposits are determined as follows:

70% of the core value is returned for a defective free housing

15% of the core value is returned for a good drive-shaft

15% of the core value is returned for a good prop-shaft

Thus, if all 3 parts are reusable, 100% of the core deposit is returned

All of the parts must be present regardless of the condition to be eligible for the deposit return. We retain sole discretion to determine if a core is rebuildable.
